One of the things that I appreciated about the course was the focus on practical skills and knowledge - the course didn't just focus on theory, but also provided plenty of opportunities to apply what I learned to real-world situations. For example, the module on water conservation! included a range of practical tips and strategies that I can implement in my current role as a hotel manager. The only reason I didn't give the course a full 5 stars is that some of the assignments were a bit lengthy and required a lot of research, but overall I'm happy with the course and would recommend it to others.
