**Acute Stress Disorder (ASD) #
** A short-term, stressful reaction to a traumatic event, lasting less than a month. ASD can develop into post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) if not addressed.
**Adversity Quotient (AQ) #
** A measurement of one's ability to handle adversity, calculated by assessing one's beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors in response to challenging situations.
**Burnout #
** A state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress, often occurring in helping professions such as healthcare and social work.
**Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) #
